Situated in the quiet but still active neighborhood of Jalatlaco, very colorful and artsy. The rooftop pool is unbeatable (one of the only hotels that has one and is not super expensive) The rooms are very modern, clean and comfortable. It was the perfect location for our stay in Oaxaca: we slept until late, as the blinds can completely darken the room, spent 2-3 hours at the pool under the sub before starting our day well rested. Staff was also very friendly and helpful

Terrible hotel- on a busy street - old outdated and with rooms so old to look dirty. -hair on the duvet and pillow cases that look used already!!! And you cannot even say “ you booked based on pictures”.. because on Marriott bonvoy app there are no pictures and on google there are the ones of another hotel in the city!! OUTRAGEOUS and ridiculous for a #bonvoy member to be cheated and fraud like this!!! This is not what you would expect from a chain like Marriott!

There are 3 locations for this hotel in google maps. We went to 2 wrong locations before finding it (2 taxi rides). After explaining it to the receptionist, it seemed that they were aware of that situation but simply did not care. We asked for info regarding day tours, where they replied over there, there is a flyer. Help yourself. That is not a 4 star hotel service. I would say that this hotel has only 2 stars: no safe in the room, no fridge, no window, breakfast was very simple and plastic plates and silverware.

Fabulous location and such a colorful (pink!) nice hotel. Excellent service, quiet rooms, and a good variety of typical Mexican food in the restaurant.

The most redeeming thing about this hotel was its location. The staff are unfriendly. The food is bad. The service is poor. The rooms have as much charm as your average airport hotel. I don’t recommend. I won’t be coming back.

The staff is amazing. The food was great specially the chilaquiles con guevo. The location was 20 minutes walking distance to centro but with kids we spent 70-80 pesos per taxi ride. The hotel has a van service that takes you anywhere 5 kilometers around the area. The rooms were basic, but very clean. The beds were horrible, I could not get restful sleep as the mattresses were low quality and old.
